Wessons Cafe Horam East Sussex

Wessons CafeWessons Cafe is a great place to ride too, it is situated in a stunning part of the East Sussex countryside, the Cafe itself is not in a beautiful location but it makes up for that with the large parking area for motorcycles and bicycles, and the atmosphere and staff, decorated with the typical two wheeled memorabilia. The food is of good quality and at a reasonable price. We have used Wessons Cafe as a stop off many times and are always welcomed by Steve and his Staff.

Wessons cafe are happy to serve a big full breakfast, lunch or just a coffee or milkshake and a cake. [google_map_easy id=”2″]

Triumph Tiger 800 on and off road

My mate Lee riding his Triumph Tiger 800 made me smile when he was cornering on off road tyres on the tarmac, leg out motocross style.

My mate Lee riding his Triumph Tiger 800 made me smile when he was cornering on off road tyres on the tarmac, leg out motocross style. Lee tells me that the bike is far too heavy for true off road capabilities, and will be looking for a smaller bike to play with soon. Lee rode for Team Kawazaki Motocross in the past and is a very accomplished rider.

Middlemead Mad Mile Hanningford Reservoir

Riding and filming Hanningford Reservoir Middlemead Mad Mile with friends on a great sunny day.

Riding and filming Hanningford Reservoir Middlemead Mad Mile with friends on a great sunny day. This road is a great road for playing, it is easy to see ahead and a good surface to ride, obviously not me but speeds in excess of 125mph on a 600 are easily achievable, with a slight incline then a dip and bend that puts a smile on your face. There is a small car park at one end where if any speed cameras are present that is where they will plot up, so check before you play. If you fancy a break there is a restaurant/cafe overlooking the reservoir which is really nice on a sunny day and a great escape form the bad weather, prices are reasonable but beware on a nice sunny day they often run out of things on the menu and be prepared to have a wait to be served. The roads around this part of Essex are great fun I recommend you ride towards Burnham and above on the Essex peninsular towards Dengie. On a side note mind the Goose shit on the grass LOL. Parking is easy at both the Cafe and Middlemead. [google_map_easy id=”3″]
